The Reverend Ray Paget served 14 years as senior pastor of Grand Haven Community Baptist Church, retiring from that ministry at the end of 2019. Prior to pastoring in Grand Haven he was the family pastor at Grandville Baptist Church, Grandville, Michigan from 2002 to 2005. From 1992 to 2002, Ray was the executive director of Baptists for Life, Inc. (now known as Life Matters Worldwide), an international life-affirming educational, training and development non-profit organization. Since 2009 he has been the community outreach chaplain at Holland Home. Prior to committing his life and energies to Christian non-profit and local church ministerial work, he spent nearly 18 years in corporate communications and public relations for an east coast-based Fortune 500 company. Ray and his wife, Debbie, have three children and ten grandchildren. He is a graduate of Cheyney University (Pennsylvania), Bible Baptist School of Theology and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. He also holds a post-masters certificate in bereavement studies from Madonna University.
