Read James 1:2–4
Trials are not detours on the road of faith—they are the road. Life is not a straight line where nothing goes wrong, and minor thinking assumes that if we just follow all the rules, nothing bad will ever happen. God uses these inevitable pressures not to break you, but to build you in all the ways that bear eternal fruit. When trials hit, reframe your mind to see them as the primary instrument God uses to forge Christian character.
